Crestech Streamlines Service At the Vivo Walk-In Centre In Kampala.
Service at the Vivo Energy Customer Walk-in Centre in Kampala, Uganda, has been enhanced thanks to a cutting-edge queue management solution recently installed by Crestech.
Vivo Energy was established in 2011 and distributes and markets Shell-branded fuels and lubricants to customers in the commercial and retail sectors across Africa.
The queue management solution implemented for the Vivo walk-in centre comprises a Qmatic Solo Solution with a Customer Feedback Unit (CFU) integrated into the system at every counter. The solution is set to streamline the customer walk-in process, contribute towards staff KPIs and provide analytics on the flow of traffic through the centre.
